Doesn't it seem like eventually you'll get something? I mean, all this healthy eating and exercise and you still end up with heart disease...cancer...diabetes...lung cancer (even without smoking). Genetics, the environment, poor self-care; that's what "they" blame it on, but it's like you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. How many people actually die of natural causes these days? Whatever that means. Perhaps someone can shed some light on this morbid view I've adopted...
The first snowfall of winter came today. It's pretty from the inside, but being out in it, well, makes me want to hibernate until April. That might be one of my to-do's: save enough money to be able to stay in the house from January-April.
