Frame it Friday/Savory Saturday

I missed Frame it Friday and I had a really good one! I'm also using this on my photo-a-day challenge, but it's a great pic so I can use it here too! I took it on my drive to/from the Kentucky mountains yesterday.

Soul Food Saturday

I haven't made this....YET....but I cannot wait to try it!!

Lemon Blackberry Cheesecake

3 tbs butter, softened

1 c. sour cream

1 c. graham cracker crumbs

1/4 c. all-purpose flour

2 lbs. cream cheese

1 tbs. vanilla extract

1/2 c. sugar

1 1/2 pints blackberries

3/4 c. milk

Zest  and juice of 1 lemon

4 eggs

Also, Happy Cinco de Mayo!!!

And don't worry, if you don't drink margaritas....I'll drink 1 for you. Or 7.
